The rooms were spotless with luxurious bedding that made us feel like we were sleeping on a cloud - truly the most comfortable hotel stay yet. The front desk staff efficiently arranged for a crib and refrigerator without any hassle. Although the surrounding area was lacking in entertainment options, the friendly and helpful service provided by the staff made up for it. 😊

Upon my stay at the Marriott Jacksonville Downtown, I was pleasantly surprised by the grand opening festivities. The room was clean and the staff, especially DeAngelo, were accommodating. The location was ideal, perfect for attending the Florida theater. The stunning river views added to the relaxing ambiance. While small bathroom amenities were missing, the overall experience was delightful. The nearby landmarks like Treaty Oak Park and the Museum of Science and History enhanced our family bonding experience.

This place is exceptionally comfortable, easy to find, with the best staff and local manager, had an excellent day here, strongly recommend it.

Enjoyed the friendly staff & clean room at Marriott Jacksonville Downtown. Comfy beds & lovely river view. Explored downtown on foot. Found a charming Italian restaurant. Some room issues, but overall a great stay!

The views from my room at The Marriott Jacksonville were absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for my stay. The highlight was definitely the themed meals at Juliet's Bistro, which added a unique touch to my dining experience. The 24-hour front desk and business center were convenient and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

The lack of in-room coffee was a bit disappointing, as I rely on a hot cup in the mornings.

The location of this place is amazing, with fairgrounds and a market just a short walk away, and the breakfast offers a wide range of delicious choices.

Fancy and upscale place with best staff with the local manager. Particularly good location beyond convenient to everything downtown, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Jacksonville centre.

I spent 2 nights and would definitely return here. The property was clean and stuff was lovely and informative. This room was amazingly comfortable with a good view of downtown. The service was brilliant, including marvellous breakfasts and a good pool. Well, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

Clean and gorgeous hotel with good view of downtown. Amazingly comfortable room & large bathroom. Brilliant service and great and beautiful location right by all all the surrounding areas as well as the vystar memorial center. Also, to the events we had planned. The Irish bar onsite.

During my business trip to Jacksonville, I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott. The adult-only infinity edge pool was a tranquil oasis, providing a peaceful haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. The certified professional trainers at the Heath & Fitness Center were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, helping me stay on track with my fitness goals. The fully equipped Health & Fitness Center at Racquet Park was impressive, with state-of-the-art machines and an indoor lap pool ensuring I had everything I needed for a satisfying workout.

Doors slammed hard and were quite noisy.

I really enjoyed the room and its modern decor. My window overlooked the river. The location was ideal - close enough to Jacksonville Landing & stadiums and bars and restaurants at Jacksonville Landing.

We partied at the eighth annual Dickens on Centre festival in downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoyed the beach equipment available for rent right in front of the hotel. We also played tennis at the prestigious tennis facility under the beautiful canopy of live oaks. The luxurious oceanfront accommodations and the world-class resort pools were just perfect for our weekend getaway!

The only thing that would've made our party weekend even better is if the hotel had a late-night snack bar or room service available for hungry night owls like us.
